I. General Principles
To protect the rights and interests of all customers and rationally utilize medical resources, this clinic operates on an appointment-only basis to provide you with high-quality, exclusive medical services. Please read and comply with the following regulations carefully.

II. Appointment Process
Appointment Channels:
You can make an appointment via phone, WhatsApp, or our official booking platform.
It is recommended to book at least 1-2 days in advance. Please book even earlier for popular time slots with specific practitioners.

Information Confirmation:
When making an appointment, please provide your real name, contact number, requested service, and preferred time.
Our staff will confirm your appointment, primarily using WhatsApp as the confirmation method.

Appointment Reminder:
We will send a reminder via SMS or WhatsApp one working day before your appointment.
Please contact us promptly if changes are needed; no reply is necessary if there are no issues.

III. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly ask you to respect the practitioner’s time and clinic resources.

Free Cancellation/Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least one working day (24 hours) in advance.
Example: For a Friday afternoon appointment, please contact us before 6:30 PM on Thursday.
Timely cancellations or rescheduling will not incur any fees.

IV. Late Cancellation & No-Show
Late Cancellation:
Cancelling on the day of the appointment, but before the scheduled time. 

No-show:
Failing to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notification.

Handling Measures:
First Occurrence: A friendly reminder; no fee charged. 

Two Cumulative Occurrences:
A follow-up reminder; may require a prepaid deposit of $50-$100 (deductible from the consultation fee).

Three or More Cumulative Occurrences:
Possible restriction from booking popular time slots, or requirement to prepay the full consultation fee. 

V. Our Commitment
Punctual Service:
We guarantee reserved time slots and that practitioners will see you on time. 

Emergency Schedule Changes:
If a practitioner has an emergency requiring a schedule change, we will notify you promptly and prioritize rescheduling your appointment. 

VI. Supplementary Provisions
This policy applies fairly to all customers.
This clinic reserves the right of final interpretation.
Effective from June 27, 2023.
